Method:

Sitting quietly, count how many breaths you take in 20 seconds.

A breath is the air you take in and breathe out each time.
-
Multiply this by 3. This will give you the number of breaths
you take in a minute. (There are 60 seconds in a minute).

Repeat this process two more times.
