Group 2 exemplar Living Things and the Processes of Life  - Introducing Living Things (Word)
1. The children will be full of ideas and since this is a large topic, it might be useful to tackle it by choosing one scenario at a time e.g. safe in the home, safe near water, safe outside playing etc.
2. The annual road safety booklets could be useful here and contain plenty of good worksheets related to safety on the roads.
3. Safe behaviour in the classroom is a topic which comes up repeatedly every day. The children could make pictures of safe/unsafe things to do e.g. carrying scissors the correct way, walking not running etc.
