Give the main uses of water
The range of personal uses for water e.g. washing, drinking, sewage disposal etc.; plus the leisure uses e.g. swimming.

 

1 Make a drawing of ‘ How I used water today’.
Use these to draw up a list of uses including: toilet flushing, washing, watering gardens, fire fighting, transport.
Expand the list through discussion of other uses.
