During these days participants apply what they have learned on days 1-3 to their local authority science programme. This may include auditing the programme to find the opportunities for formative assessment, VAK activities, where misconceptions are found and how best to plan investigations. Each person or group of 2 then chooses a topic to present on.

Day 5 consists of presentations given by the team to each other. Feedback is then given which will allow them to best present to teachers when they start to train.
