1. Do my questions only need instant one – word answers?

2. What do they test - knowledge or understanding?

3. Do I give the class enough time to think about the answer to the question?

4. Do I ensure that I ask all pupils and not just those with their hands up?

5. Do I quickly accept the correct answer?
